strnset() Function

The strnset() function is a builtin function in C and it sets the first n characters of a string to a given character. If n is greater than the length of string, the length of string is used in place of n.

strnset() function is non standard function which may not available in standard library in C.

C strnset() syntax

  
 char *strnset(const char *str, char ch, int n);

strcat( ) The strcat() function is used to concatenate one string(source) at the end of another string(destination).

strnset( ) It sets the portion of characters in a string to given character
strtok( ) Tokenizing given string using delimiter
